Primary Mission: Free Tutoring and Mentoring for Student Veterans

Our Adjutant, Dr. Travis L. Martin, author of “War & Homecoming: Veteran Identity and the Post-9/11 Generation,” provides free tutoring and mentoring to help student veterans succeed in their academic and career pursuits. With a deep understanding of the complexities facing veterans and other non-traditional students, Dr. Martin tailors his support to meet the specific needs of each individual.

Nonveteran students seeking assistance with research projects related to

• veterans studies

are also encouraged to reach out. With extensive experience in both academia and the military, Dr. Martin offers a unique perspective on these topics. Whether students need help understanding veteran identity, analyzing literary works, or exploring social theories, Dr. Martin is available to support their academic endeavors.
