Role of DAV Service Officers

“DAV Service Officers helped me get the benefits I earned” -Paul Mazurek

DAV Service Officers are essential in helping veterans navigate the complexities of the VA claims process. They expertly guide veterans in preparing and submitting claims, ensuring that all necessary documentation is included. These officers also assist veterans in understanding their entitlements, tracking claim statuses, and representing veterans in claim denial appeals.

Meet Our Lead Service Officer: Theresa A. Wilson

Theresa A. Wilson, our esteemed lead Service Officer, has been recognized as “Service Officer of the Year” by the DAV state organization. With over a decade of experience and a personal military background in the Air Force, Theresa brings a deep understanding of veteran needs to her role.
